At 7pm, Dan Sturges returns for the latest installment in his popular lecture series - during which he will reveal the most extraordinary aspects of his Merchant's House investigations. You'll hear disembodied voices caught on tape, see startling photographic evidence and hear about unexplained incidents experienced by Sturges and others (which have not been shared with the general public). The lecture concludes with a drawing, which will determine the winner of our Raffle. That winner, and a guest, will join Sturges and his team on an upcoming investigation. When the last lecture guest has left the house, the Sturges team will stay behind to conduct their monthly investigation.

The winners of our May 14 raffle will be trained in the use of investigative equipment and learn the intricacies of investigative protocol. Then, the raffle winners will join Dan Sturges and his team in a top-to-bottom investigation of the Merchant's House Museum that will last well into the witching hour. Raffle winners may stay as long as they wish (or as long as they can).

September: Investigation, on the birthday of Gertrude Tredwell (whose presence has been witnessed at Merchant's House numerous times since her death in 1933).

Monday, October 31: Halloween Readings: Spine Tingling and True: Ghost Stories of the Merchant's House Museum.
In what's become a Merchant's House tradition, suspenseful tales from authors who published during the Tredwell era will be read in the parlor - and tales will be told of strange and unexplained occurrences in the house. During the second installment of this night's event, the winner of our second Paranormal Investigation Raffle will be announced. That winner, and a guest, will join Sturges and his team on a future investigation.
